In addition to practicing medicine, I've found that I enjoy teaching as well. It recharges my interest and keeps me diligent in enhancing my own education.

Robert C. Turner, M.D.

Dr. Robert Turner is a general orthopaedist with a special interest in total joint replacement, sports medicine, arthroscopy, and pediatric orthopaedics. He has been in practice in Columbus for 27 years, and a member of The Cardinal Orthopaedic Institute since inception.

He is a Clinical Assistant Instructor in the Department of Orthopaedics at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and Public Health. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the Ohio State Medical Association, the Columbus Orthopaedic Society (past president), the Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Turner has been a high school team physician for 20-plus years with West High School and was a recipient of the Ohio Outstanding Team Physician award. He also serves as team physician for the Columbus Comets, a National Women's Football Association team.
