Merle L. Kennedy, M.D.

Dr. Merle L. Kennedy, Jr., specializes in general orthopaedic surgery with emphasis on total joint and arthroscopic surgery. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he served as chief of orthopaedic services at USAF Hospital Luke at Luke Airforce Base in Arizona. He began practicing in central Ohio at Northeast Orthopedics, Inc. in 1993 and joined The Cardinal Orthopaedic Institute in May 2010. A board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, he is currently the orthopaedic department chairman at Mount Carmel St. Ann's and is a member of the Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Columbus Orthopaedic Society, American Medical Association, Ohio State Medical Association, Columbus Medical Association and Ohio Orthopaedic Society. In addition, Dr. Kennedy volunteers his time as a team physician for Westerville South High School. |
