Kenneth J. Westerheide, M.D.

Dr. Kenneth Westerheide specializes in sports medicine with unique expertise in shoulder arthroscopy including repair of torn rotator cuffs. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Westerheide's research interests include arthroscopic shoulder surgery for unstable shoulders, arthroscopic shoulder surgery for ganglion cysts, and long term results for ACL reconstructions.

He furthers the industry through his active participation in orthopaedic associations and societies, including his role as a volunteer associate master instructor for the Arthroscopy Association of North America’s Orthopaedic Learning Center in Chicago and as member of the Columbus Medical Association’s Sports Medicine Committee.

In addition, he volunteers his time as a team physician for Dublin Jerome High School, and enjoys coaching within the youth Dublin Football League. Dr. Westerheide was named one of Business First's top "Forty Under 40" class of 2010.
