What is the SportsmetricsTM Clinic?
An 8-session, comprehensive jump training program, geared toward athletes grades 9-12, that combines plyometrics, strength training and flexibility. It is the only scientifically proven program that reduces the risk of knee injury, increases jump power and improves leg strength for sports like soccer, basketball and volleyball that involve pivoting, cutting or jumping.

The clinic includes a Sports Injury Pre- and Post-Test, which allows for screening of landing mechanics and provides key information on jumping and landing technique.

Sportsmetrics focuses on the female athlete's needs in training, but is not just for females! Males will benefit from developing overall leg strength and perfecting jumping and landing mechanics, too.
